Join us for the launch of the Waylamps of Barnet, a new creative walking route and series of installations connecting communities across Barnet from east to west, through stories of place, migration, nature, and everyday life.

The evening begins with a guided walk along the Colindale section of the trail, led by the designers Wayward and Andre Kong Studio, introducing a series of newly installed Waylamps.

Back at Cultivate Colindale, the trail comes to life through a programme of hands-on making, exhibition, and film. Developed through workshops with residents across Barnet, the project uses shadow puppetry as a storytelling tool, drawing inspiration from pioneering silhouette animator Lotte Reiniger, who lived and worked locally.
